All about Yoto

Our offices are in London and New York, and in 2022 we’ll be expanding further into Europe. We have in-house expertise in hardware and software, creative and UX, technology development, product, marketing, commercial and retail.

Yoto spans the kids' audio, tech, entertainment and edtech industries, and our products have won awards in innovation, play and education categories. Time Magazine even named Yoto Player one of the Best Inventions of 2020.

Our Card Store includes 700+ titles from the world’s best rights-holders including Disney, Penguin Random House, Mattel, Harper Collins and Sony Music. We also produce our own Yoto Originals, often with award-winning collaborators, like this one. Oh, and this one too!

Who we aspire to be

Flexible working and autonomy are key to life at Yoto. We fully support our team – including our working parents – because we know that life and work need to work together.

We celebrate diversity. We’re proud to help families foster an inclusive home environment and we are working hard to offer a wide and diverse library of content, which also means building a diverse and inclusive team where new voices, beliefs, and perspectives are heard. Our D&I group currently includes 1/3 of the team!

Our social committee helps bring the team together. We have monthly “Wine Downs” in the office and a yearly retreat, “Yotofest”, where we spend time together outside of work. We have other groups such as Women+, Parents and ESG, and we help facilitate and encourage mentorship. We are constantly improving our ways of working, including supporting mental health initiatives, to foster a work setting where everyone feels heard.
