To refer a friend, simply share your referral link with them via email, text, WhatsApp, carrier pigeon, social media – or any other way you wish.
Please note that you cannot refer a friend that lives outside the US and Canada as your referral work doesn't work on other local yoto website.
We don't allow customers to share their codes on coupon sites or sell their codes on third party sites, if they do end up there, we will ban the customers from our programme and cancel all rewards gained.
You can track your referral status by logging in to our referral page (see above). Note that the Yoto Account is different from the referral account.
Enter the email you used to make your purchase and log in. It will direct you to your referral links. Then click on "Your Rewards" (top right) to log in and view referral status and rewards. If you're logging in for the first time, you will need to set up a password.
Note: If your friend has made a purchase using your referral link and the order meets the requirements, the reward code will be available 7 days after the purchase has been made.
Only the first purchase made by your friend is rewardable. For example if they purchase a second player using your code, they will be able to use the referral code but you won't get rewarded a second time.
You cannot refer yourself. If you try to refer yourself, you may be banned from the scheme. This is automated and actioned by Referral Candy.
You cannot refer a friend in another country if you're in the US/Canada as your referral code (FRIEND-XXXXXX) is not valid on our any other store. You can only refer friends that can purchase from the same store as you (US/ Canada)
