We have identified an issue with the UK plug adaptor for a limited number of Yoto Player 2nd Generation which, in very rare cases, may cause the UK plug adaptor to break.

This issue affects UK and Ireland customers only. You do not need to take any action if you are outside of these regions. No other products are affected.
